Supplements: I'm not going to recommend any because I'm taking what has been specifically recommended to me by my functional medicine doctor based on blood work. BUT I believe everyone should take a high quality probiotic and Omega 3s. I just recently started taking fermented cod liver oil from Green Pastures. Apparently the one mixed with butter is best but since I am sensitive to casein, I just get the regular unscented ones.
MUST HAVES:
1. Ice packs! These are the best ones, in my opinion, because they're cheap, flexible, and come in all different shape and sizes.

2. If you have hand eczema, like me, you'll need cotton gloves. These are hit or miss but are still my favorite.

ALSO! If you have nerve pain in the hands & wrists like I do, these are amazing. They're actually made for people with arthritis but I like the pressure as it keeps me from scratching and minimizes pain. In fact, I'm ordering another pair right now!

3. Soft & tight clothes!! I find that the tighter the clothes, the less I scratch the areas that are covered. I like Hue leggings from Nordstrom and I just discovered these tees from Old Navy that I LOVE! They're super soft, comfy & cheap!

4. I don't use any moisturizers but I do take Dead Sea Salt baths. Since I order mostly everything on Amazon, I use this one:
